Emilia and Manuel are married! Their beautiful Indio wedding took place at the Tack Room Tavern adjacent to the Empire Polo Club which has the most amazing rose garden! Any time we have a wedding there it’s such a delight! These two love birds, are just the sweetest! Their love, joy and laughter with one another amongst their sweet family and friends was so lovely!
Of course, if you’re like most, we all want to know how did you meet and what was is like when he proposed? Because afterall, those are amazing moments that lead to this beautiful wedding day, right? Here is what Emilia shared with us about her Groom.
From the Bride
“Manny and I first met at church. He always thought I was really cute but was too shy to say anything, it wasn’t until after graduating high school that we finally start talking. And just by chance we start talking a week before he left to basic training. Four years later by chance again we found out that we were only two hours away from each other in Texas I went to visit him and since then we’ve been together.
As His Christmas gift to me last year, he took me to Disneyland for three days, he knew how much I love Disneyland and on the first day I was showing him all my favorite rides and explained to him that my number one ride was it’s a small world because it had a lot of sentimental value to me so he said that he would take me on that ride again that night because of all the Christmas lights, by luck we got the first row in the little boat and in the final room at the end of that ride that’s when he popped the question!” Emilia
